"Over the last couple of years, I have employed Floyd Decker with Pantera Homes for various jobs around my home. Floyd has completed several jobs around my home such as repair my outside ceiling fan, adjust and tightening fan blades on all inside ceiling fans, re-adjust outside doors to cut down on loss of head & cooling, fix a leak, mow and trim the yard, and pet sit for my German Shepherds and cat while we were on vacation. Being a single lady with a young granddaughter living with me, it was difficult to even search for someone that I felt I could trust being in my home. I came across Floyd’s name and phone number when I had an outside ceiling fan fall from the ceiling. It was barely hanging on. Floyd responded immediately with a good attitude and was very pleasant to work with. After the first couple of odd jobs, I found that Floyd has a lot of personal integrity and honesty. Floyd now has a key to my home to do yard work, pet sit, or just in case any emergencies arise while I am away. Floyd always has a good attitude and communicates well with myself and my family.
